About RCC

The Homeowner's Representative™

Independent guidance for homeowners before costly mistakes become expensive realities.

Building or renovating a home is one of the largest investments most people will ever make.

Builders have representation.
Architects have representation.
Contractors have representation.
!
Homeowners usually do not.

RCC exists to fill that gap. We provide independent guidance, project oversight, and homeowner advocacy before costly mistakes become expensive realities.

Independent Advocacy Someone in the homeowner's corner.

Why RCC Exists

The process moves fast. Homeowners need someone watching the details.

Most homeowners enter a custom build, renovation, or major home improvement project with a budget, a floor plan, and a great deal of trust. They hire a builder, review a proposal, sign a contract, and assume the process will go the way it is supposed to.

Sometimes it does. More often, something gets missed, something gets cut, or something gets done the fast way instead of the right way. By the time the homeowner discovers the issue, it may already be covered, approved, paid for, or difficult to correct.

01 Contract Risk

A provision gets overlooked before the homeowner understands responsibility, exclusions, or exposure.

02 Scope Gaps

The proposal looks complete, but important materials, tasks, or expectations are not clearly included.

03 Hidden Work

Framing, moisture, mechanical, or quality concerns may be covered before the homeowner knows to ask.

04 Change Orders

Added costs are approved without enough context, documentation, or independent review.

How We Work

We look at what is actually happening and tell you what needs attention.

RCC does not sell construction services, replace your builder, or create unnecessary conflict. Our role is to provide independent guidance so the homeowner understands the project clearly.

01

Before you commit

We review contracts, bids, scopes, allowances, exclusions, and builder proposals before the homeowner signs or approves major decisions.

02

During the project

We review progress, workmanship concerns, communication gaps, documentation issues, project risks, and decisions that may not be obvious to the homeowner.

03

Before you approve or pay

We help homeowners understand change orders, project updates, concerns, and next steps before they write checks or approve work that may need closer review.

When something deserves attention, we say so.

When things are being handled correctly, we say that too. The goal is not drama. The goal is clarity, documentation, and better decision-making.
